We offer worldwide shipping. In some cases, added shipping fees might become necessary since our warehouses might not have all products readily available.

The delivery of your products takes no longer than 2 weeks depending on where you are located and the available volume of the item. Should your product be available in one of our local warehouses, shipping might only take 2-7 business days.

International Orders (outside of USA & Canada)

IMPORTANT: All international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees may not be included in your MySiliconDreams order and/or shipping total. MySiliconDreams is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient if required by local custom authority. Orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier. MySiliconDreams does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid DDU fees. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact customer service.


All products are securely packed against damage. We provide you with 12 months manufacturer’s limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a three-month warranty.
Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. We do not repair or replace items with an expired warranty. You agree to all of the above-listed policies upon ordering on MySiliconDreams.com!
